Does Tropic or mayan charge any bag fees? I hadn't thought about this and I am not sure I have ever seen this question.

I've checked 2 bags and carried on 2 small bags and didn't get charged when I flew Tropic.

I've never been charged and they take everything you have. People shop in Belize City and leave from Muni with boxes and crates. Maybe they charge for those but I don't think so.

Oh my goodness. Both airlines are wonderful. I've brought everything over from the mainland, including a big TV that was not boxed, coolers full of meat and bags of shopping. Not only do they not charge, but they are extremely helpful and, in my experience, always very careful. I often bring trays of eggs as I prefer that mine don't come from a factory farm. They've never broken one yet!

They are great! I just went to visit my non-selling house in the States! I took my kitties! They only charge extra if you have a kennel that needs to strapped into a seat or more.
When they saw I only needed an extra charge for one kitty, they promptly uncharged me for the extra seat, and helped a guy on standby! It was a win-win!
