We are finally here and having alot of fun! Went to Jerry Jeff Walker's concert at Wet Willy's on Tuesday, he announced that at tonights concert he is going to have some kind of fund raiser like auction off one of his guitars or something and he chose SAGA to give the money to! Yee Haw

We'll certainly stop by and see how we can help when we're there mid-March. Looking into what kind of dog(s) are best for guarding property for when we come back down later in the year for a long-term stay.

Nothing better than a good potlicker to guard your property in Belize.

One of the things that amuses me here is how the police are so afraid of dogs. Evidently most of the thieves are too as people with agressive dogs don't seem to be as at risk.

Just got back from the concert at Wet Willys, Jerry Jeff auctioned off a blanket that had pictures of his album covers on it, it went for $1,400, that's a real nice donation for SAGA.

Update to Jerry Jeff fans donating to SAGA. Last Saturday night a group of us passed the hat to buy Alex (a local boy who sells jewelry on the beach) a new bike since his was stolen earlier that day. The total came to $511Bzd. Well Alex's bike was found yesterday so this afternoon Gary Kroeker went to SAGA and gave the money to them.

So grand total donated by the Walker Stalkers to SAGA = $$3311Bzd
