Hi. New here to the forum. My wife and I are going to be coming to AC in April and were wondering if there are any celebrations during the week leading up to Easter. Thanks.

Easter is the #1 Holiday for Belize (or at least for the Island). I am guessing due to the primarily Catholic / Christian influence. There are lots of local activities to enjoy

I too would like to experience Holy Week on AC. I have heard that the Roman Catholic church celebrates Palm Sunday with the typical palm procession; I wonder if there is a sunrise service on Easter as that would be most awesome. Can someone chime in?

Easter Week in CA begins with Good Friday and concludes Holy Monday, with people returning to work on Tuesday. Its the busiest week of travel in CA.

For the uninitiated, "CA" is Central America, not California.
