"That the residents North of the bridge having nothing to complain about." is what seems a bit strong to me. The toll for that bridge is in effect a tax on the people that live up North that is apparently now being used to subsidize the roads in the South, unless of course they start maintaining the road up North which I sincerely doubt.
I live up North and have mixed feelings about the taxi's etc. using the bridge but to say that the people up North have nothing to complain is to dismiss their concerns out of hand and that is a bit strong at least in my opinion.
