Does anyone know what is going on with this development or it's owner Scott mallick?

$11million gets a hell of a website.

Scott is plugging away, working at the plan. In these difficult economic times it has been impossible to get the momentum up and running, so the project is slowly plodding along. As the recession recedes I would suspect that people will loosen the purse strings and start investing in this and similar developments and a myriad of other real estate opportunities.

Seems like something is amiss over there. There is talk that he is selling the impossible dream and has misappropriated most of the funds he's already been given. Still haven't seen anything concrete to disprove this, but still digging.

I'm sorry, I can't find anything to recommend this particular development. Some of the stuff that has been posted on the www about Mr. Mallick (sp.) seems to be credible. He's been selling this project for years, appears to have taken millions of dollars and doesn't have a lot to show for it.

I think we have to be honest with folk on this message board, there are many better ways to spend your money on real estate on Ambergris Caye. I own my own real estate company here but I don't care or mind if you go with Amanda's Sunrise Realty....just make sure you go for one of the "myriad of other real estate opportunities." You'll be fine.
