Geez ,sorry I didn't read the beginning of thread (equipment).Talk with Bowen and look at your options,I bet; with some local help you could figure something out.Have you thought of trying to sell equipment and recipes to larger resorts. Just an idea,good luck sincerely

I agree, go to the B & B and find out what's really up.

My husband, who imports cars into Big Creek port, says that Customs should have no jurisdiction over this. They have no say-so who can open a business and who can't. Get a lawyer, and a good customs broker. That is not coming from Customs, that is coming from somewhere else and you need to find that source. Bowen and Bowen? It's possible. I assume you will be importing grains and therefore have secured the necessary permits from BAHA?

Bowen and Bowen could not care less and Pepsi was here they just didn't make it now speculate all you want but it wasn't because they could not be here.

Someone on another posting mentioned that Customs could have denied it based on excise tax?

There is no problem importing the ingredients, I already have a nice stockpile. The problem is getting the permit to sell my own beer along side Belikin just in my location
