Did anyone hear of any damage in San Pedro or any where else on the island? Or did it completly miss the island altogther? Hope everyone is safe and sound!

It seems to have come ashore way south. Some rough surf but nothing major.

Missed AC - it barely rained.
Today is clear and fresh and glorious.

Harvey started out promising here in AC...


But went out with a whimper. Today looks like mostly sun, some showers.

Anyone hear about cental inland areas? I have some friends who were headed up to San Ignacio yesterday.

Reports from where it in went inland?

Harvey made landfall at 2pm EDT on Saturday near Dangriga Town, as a tropical storm with 55-60mph winds.A.C.and C.C.are fine.I was on my boat on the Rio Dulce (Guatemala) at the time.

The damage is 100% all in lost business! tourist flights cancelled , tourist evacuated , business closed , employees lost work days,hotel reservations lost, reputation as a location of hurricane threats, huge amount of damage in these areas!
but none what so ever in the department of weather.

Better we encourage a "mindset" of preparedness.
