Hi SAMRAY as you know everything is always for sale in C-C but everything as a price too (U.S.$,$$$,$$$.00) for now there a sign at " THE SPLIT " for renting space from 80 S.F.to 2000S.F.
all the big building is commercial there 7 locals already rent
and also a couple of 10 x 10 outside booth already rent too...
