thanks for the info. We are bringing our 2 small dogs with us this winter. I have the forms, but am glad to hear of someone else's experience.
One thing I don't remember seeing/reading anywhere is that the BAHA approval is good for 90 days. I waited until less than 30 days before our travel, and then I was in a panic until I received the approval. I had asked for a return fax and did not receive it within 7 days. Finally I inquired again and received the fax within one hour, so I think it had just fallen through the cracks. Once I got the approval form, it said "good for 90 days" at the top. If I had known that in advance, I would have submitted my application much earlier and sweated it out a lot less!
