Turducken is a delicacy and a great recipe for celebrations such as Thanksgiving. We had a great evening and the Turducken was superb! We had to stop reservations at 4PM (an hour after my previous post) because the Portofino Restaurant was sold out. Next Turducken at American Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 24, 2011. Thanks all, see you then! No offence intended, and certainly to each their own, but turducken didn't do it for my taste buds. Guess I'm just a traditional gal, who likes her turkey at Thanksgiving. Chicken any other time, and duck, almost never.
