Coming down for the wedding of two of San Pedro's finest... myself, my wife, 3 year old, and 1 year old (birthday day of arrival)... visit 12 to belize... so I know the town, north, and south. Looking for a two or three bedroom condo/house/ hut/ palatial ocean yacht for the family for the week. Prefer something on or close to the water, but open to ideas. On the road alot this year so trying to keep it reasonable, whatever that means... flexible plus or minus a day on either end.

Will throw in a first AID or CPR course, if it helps....
