Has anybody heard anything from Caledonia Village, Corozal District? How are the road conditions? What is the water level of the river? Anybody knows when the Belize International airport will open? E-mail address sadiliani@hotmail.com

I read earlier in this same BB that continental was planning to resume flights as soon as tomorrow. Cant't remember the details but if you scroll down you might be able to find some information.

At 10pm in Corozal Town we are getting gustier winds than we have, so Keith must be getting closer. The rain has not been as heavy as reported elsewhere in Belize, at least not yet. Low-lying areas are in some danger of flooding, but we're glad Keith is down to a tropical storm instead of a category 4 hurricane! Hope this helps.

Hurricane Keith Update for Corozal Town. It is 11:34 pm and the seas have already
returned to normal level, safely. But the Bad news is that the winds are getting way too
strong. The hurricane has been downgraded to a tropical storm but now we have strong
winds. Lets hope all goes well. It has rained only a bit. On the radio they said that some
of the villages in the Corozal District are experiencing some flooding. It is dark and late
so tomorrow I will let all of you know how the night went.
