This is so incredibly out of touch with reality that it beggars the imagination. How on earth could anybody seriously consider these two initiatives when there is no reliable reasonably priced internet service available and the country cannot even meet its own peoples medical needs.
Sometimes I just get the feeling that this whole government is some sort of farce that I am dreaming about and that I will wake up soon.

They seem high indeed.
