Shelley Huber the chef and owner extends a warm welcome to all. Please come by to enjoy the music of Barrington and The Isalnders and celebrate with us the opening of our new restaurant and St. George's Caye day. Come relive the memories and the food from our previous restaurant "The Hut".

Bistro Mestizo- will be offering Local Belizean Cuisine infused with Mexican and Caribbean flavors!

Had fish tacos for lunch, and they were DELICIOUS! Nice place and nice folks. I'd definitely go back.

I've had three great meals there. Tostadas twice (they were that good) and salbutes. Tostadas were huge, enough that I took half home for lunch the next day. Crispy tortillas with really fresh toppings and lots of cheese. I love cheese! Service was professional and drinks were good too.

It is exactly what you would expect from any restaurant where Shelly is cooking. Fantastic!!!! Shall be enjoying their food regularly.
