I would love to camp the winter on Ambergris Caye but i was wondering if it's possible. I would love to camp near San Pedro Town but could i do this without getting kicked off the land or getting into trouble with police or animals?

As far as I know there is no camping on the island...

NOt to steer you away from San Pedro... but Caye Caulker has camping at Vega Inn and Gardens. You can see a picture of their place at www.cybercayecaulker.com Its definitely rustic and I don't know anything about the bathroom facilities, but its right off the main peir next to Seaside Cabanas.
