I have paid for 1 bdrm apt fully furnished and swim pool and screened porch and very nice neighborhood in the South end of San Pedro. La Casa Celest. $200 per week plus tax.
I am unable to use it.

Looks like you have it for 2 weeks..boy you cant just cancel and rent to someone else without the owners permission. Its not like the U.S. Usually if you dont cancel 30 days or so ahead of time you loose your money, but I will bid $125, if owner agrees..I can only go over and use it on my days off. Sorry Ernie.
