This is an ongoing project to fix the road North, to try and make access to the resorts and homes further North easier for those living in that area. Some peoples fences were built beyond their property lines, which is illegal, as such they were taken down. There are pegs on every property showing the property lines, these must be adhered to at all times. The easements that allow access to the beach will also be opened. The Mayor did say he would do this when he was elected. To say the Mayor is getting money from this is ludicrous, it is costing the Town Board thousands to carry out this work which the majority of the people North of the bridge have been asking for.
