Several of us on Caye Caulker saw three different glowing orbs float over the village around 7:15 this evening. No - it wasn't a rum event, we were just sitting on our various verandas. My friends say they saw them about a week ago moving in the same direction, appearing from the south and headed north, northwest. They eventually disappeared. They weren't satellites - in fact we did see a satellite later - very different. What is it? And.....where do we get one?!?

They are sky lanterns. Someone has been launching them recently on Caye Caulker. ...I know, I too was baffled by them when I saw them last week.
