TRADE BARTER LAND WATERFRONT OCEANFRONT

Pre-developement offer.

Land (90 acres) being subdivided close to Cerros ruins. Planned gated development. 8 water/oceanfront lots (1ac+/-) and about 10 1ac parcels just behind these lots with ocean access. Views of Corozal and Chetumal. Larger "ranch" parcels" available too. Owner / developer may be willing to barter some of these parcels for similar value in: aircraft, diesel RV, property in USA or Mexico. Please no bsers and no sniffers. If you have something and are looking for good land this may be for you. Serious only.
