OP Dan King D	For those who has got it done with someone legit. What did you pay if you dont mind? I know different lot sizes and conditions would change things. I just want to get a ball park figure so I know what to expect with I contact someone.

natalie p	Your in box is full. Mine was quite a bit more than the price Amanda gave, probably because it was an acre and I had it divided into lots.
