Kama Lounge is just north of the bridge. Lots of signage, but never very busy. For awhile a year or so ago they were having live music on Saturday afternoons and would get a few expats and tourists in, but the menu (which is posted outside) always looked overpriced to me, and since most of the place is outside, not a good place to visit during rainy season. We aren't bar people so never went, but as others have said, it was not a popular place and never seemed to find a real following. Does not mean a new owner could not turn things around, but I'd be wary. The competition in that small area from Coco Loco's and Feliz, both of which are popular, could make it difficult to pull people in.
Just my opinion...
