Klc there are reasons why I mention the land. Doing ones homework is key.

Kama Lounge is just north of the bridge. Lots of signage, but never very busy. For awhile a year or so ago they were having live music on Saturday afternoons and would get a few expats and tourists in, but the menu (which is posted outside) always looked overpriced to me, and since most of the place is outside, not a good place to visit during rainy season. We aren't bar people so never went, but as others have said, it was not a popular place and never seemed to find a real following. Does not mean a new owner could not turn things around, but I'd be wary. The competition in that small area from Coco Loco's and Feliz, both of which are popular, could make it difficult to pull people in.

Just my opinion...

Thank you for your input I suspected it was only the Lounge and did not include land. I know pictures can be deceiving so I thought I would ask. Again thank you and will continue to always look.

I'm sure the price of $350,000 includes the land. Not many business alone are worth that type of money..........and that IS US dollars not BZ.

I would make contact with Coldwell Banker to find out one way or the other and would not speculate on whether the business includes ownership of the land (or not).

I have tried to contact the Real Estate Company to get more info but have not received a return email or call. I would just like to know if the advertisement is accurate. Again thank you for any and all input.

I don't recall which site, but I saw an ad for this property and it explained you would only be buying the business lease and would have to continue paying monthly rental payments on the location/property. There are several overpriced businesses for sale that do NOT include any property. Buyer Beware.

I'll let the owners know you need more info. I see them every day.
