OP expatbz E	Latitude caf� on Beachfront by the "San Pedro Express Dock" is now under new management, I for one am so glad, after it being "rundown" by the owner's kid for a year. Their wraps are to die for, it reminds me of the old Latitude caf�. Definitely worth a try.
