OP Don Greife	Since the GOB frowns on having US/EU doctors practicing meds here perhaps a small "Teaching Hospital" with assisted living facilities (say 40 rooms) on Blackadore Caye (with ocean view for all rooms) might be helpful. Diesel powered of course. HUH I'll be happy to discuss my avatar with anyone who knows what it is.
