Looking for a wireless mouse for iMac computer. Does anyone know if these are available in San Pedro or Belize City and, if so, where? Or I will buy used if anyone has a spare to sell.

I would try to computer store on Middle St. at the corner near Secret Deli. If they don't have they can probably order it from Belize City. I don't have a Mac but they have managed to get "things" for me that I doubted would be on the Island. Good Luck
