Is this a part of, or owned by Reef Village? i.e. Should I run screaming into the night at this point before I consider the pretty pictures on the real estate sites?

The new HOA is trying to turn things around but for the foreseeable future, run, scream and ignore the pretty pictures.

The other project, which is beach front and definitely not associated with Reef Village is the Residences at Barrier Reef. It is a really beautiful part of the beach and worth a look.

Though I am a newbie, I happen to know a LOT about this gorgeous project. No; I am not an owner and have no interest in this project. I just happen to know a LOT about this project including Broker who represents the project and owns on of the units. I have a fantastic picture of his view if anybody would like to see it. If so, send me a PM with your email.. Spectacular.

Everyone should understand that Barrier Reef Residences are about 3 miles north of Barrier Reef Resort (Reef Village) and are no way associated with the latter.

I'm sure it pains the principals at Barrier Reef Residences to have to explain this over and over since Reef Village changed it's name. Any posted message should be very clear in which project you are talking about.
