I think that the poster is looking for a water taxi from the south side of Caye Caulker to the north side of Caye Caulker. If that is indeed the case, then there isn't one that I know of.

There is now a taxi to the north of CC. Check with (I think) Tsunami. Not sure of the hours, but I did see it on one of the Facebook pages and saw a sign down by the split. $5 BZD each way, as I recall.

Heather from Tsunami posted that there was a taxi between the north and the south. The hours were 7,8 and 9 am going south and 4,5 and 6pm going north or by appointment. The hours seemed weird but thats what was posted.

Just go into Tsunami's office at Costa Maya on Front Street. They will hook you up with Heather. The taxi is a service she offers since she lives on the North Side.
