Best wishes to all at Estelles on their grand re opening tomorrow..
Whenever I think of Belize, which is often, my first thought is of strong coffee and a kick ass breakfast (with extra potatoes Charles!) as I watch the sunrise over the reef...
There are many wonderful places and friends I visit each trip, but San Pedro with out an Estelles Breakfast just isn't the same, as I found out last year when I was in for a quick visit ON A TUESDAY

I remember Estlle's back when it was the only place to be at 6 AM but located in Fido's...... Coffee came by the thermos- full and Charles was way too young to cook anything.
I remember when Charlie made the rash decision to buy JimPa 's house ( the current location) and seeing people shake their heads at the folly of relocating ......

If I'm interpreting Scoop's recent photos of the re-opeing properly, I'll miss the sandy loo...but perhaps only by the narrowest of margins

I can't remember, is the music Estelle plays--50-60's country or Sinatra, Martin, etc or both?

Just ask for your favorite style of music. For me it is the Blues and Charlie knows the best blues song of all times!

Correction to my earlier post ..... Estelles is now located in the former home of Dick Parham, not JimPa.
For some this is a distinction worth mentioning.
