coming to Caye Caulker for 3 weeks from USA.
Do I need a fishing license if fishing from the shore?
Do I need a fishing license if I rent a small boat to fish from?
Fishing from the shore does anyone know of "the best place" to catch fish?

Doubt you can rent a boat. You also would need a Belizean Captains license to operate a boat. Fishing from shore i don't believe requires a fishing license. Many folk fish at the split, others i've seen fishing from the town dock on the westside of the island.
