Coming down for 10 days in September thinking of renting a place in Tres Coco area. Does the bridge offer a 7, or 10 day pass ? If yes what is the cost? Does anyone have suggestions for inexpensive lodging (condo) near town?

30 day pass only or pay on a daily basis. 30 day pass is $75 US.

Some rental properties provide bridge passes to guests. On the other hand if you are looking for a place that the walker/scooter will work, suggest you consider a ground floor unit at Phoenix. Good broad walkways, nice pool area, restaurant is easily accessible. close to things in town. Mom could have a very nice time there.

You should stay at The Landings @ Tres Cocos. #1 rated small resort by TripAdvisor.com. You will not be disappointed. This is our GO TO resort.

I will be spending 11 days around Christmas and will be staying about 4 miles north of town.

I think that given the family and I would like to try out a couple of the restaurants everyday that I will be making at least two trips a day across the toll bridge.

I appears that the monthly pass may be the best option. How do I obtain the monthly pass and I it easy to do? Is it available at the bridge?

Thanks

Hello Happy Camper..... You can get your monthly bridge pass at San Pedro Town Council offices. They are located on front street in a beautiful marble tile building....Hard to miss..... With regard to dining and fun options you might want to pick up a "My Beautiful Belize" guide (complimentary publication). It will provide you with events going on during that time along with 3 maps providing dining and fun options from North to South of the island. December is a wonderful time of the year to visit the island.....Wishing you the best.......
