NOW MY FELLOW BELIZEANS. - THIS IS SCHEDULE ONE OF THE BELIZE CONSTITUTION, THIS IS THE SECTION OF THE CONSTITUTION, WHICH DEFINES BELIZE ( Territory, Maritime and Insular.) THIS SCHEDULE CANNOT BE CHANGED BY NO ICJ.or any Court or OAS or anybody else.

ONLY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF BELIZE CAN AMEND, ADD or REPEAL this Schedule, or any part of the Constitution.

FURTHER MORE, according to Part I SECTION 2, of this Constitution. " This Constitution is the SUPREME Law of Belizen and if any other Law is inconsistent with this Constitution, that OTHER LAW shall to the extent of the Inconsistency, BE VOID. ( NOT VALID )

So, I say, to the Government of Belize, to the Opposition, and to all Belizean Authorities, INCLUDING the OAS, THAT THE COMPROMIS and the REFERENDUM are VOID, because they are attempting to bye pass the Belize Legislature, in its Constitutional POWERS, as the only body that can change the DEFINITION OF BELIZE
