While I'm not sure of the numbers of Belizeans owning lots in the area, I do know that my husband is Belizean as well as US citizen. He has two lots out there that he bought 10 yrs ago at a very good price. His aunt ( also Belizean) also owns two lots in the area. Our plan is to build two properties: one for us, and another for vacation rental in the future (7-8yrs).
Likes I say, looonn terms plans. Spensive to bild properly. Needs fill all over. Prpably 10 years till anything BEL,but solar.
I dont kno any belizeans buying NOW.do you?
