OP CHUNO C	Elevated 18 x 36 hardwood casita on a heavily treed lot. Has city water, grid electricity. It still needs some finishing work, but the basics are there. If you are handy, we could swap some rent for labor. Has 3 big mango trees that could feed a small army when producing. Sarteneja is a good choice if you are in a witness protection program.
