Plan to do a week in a timeshare called Seven Seas Resort on AC. Has anyone stayed there recently? What do you think?

Also, what is the best time of year in AC for diving?

i didn't stay, but friends did. they enjoyed it much. not fancy. but comfortable.

We stayed there last year. Not 5 star, but very comfortable and the price was right. The staff was SUPER...but I believe they have all moved on. Anyone know where Sherry, Carol, and Luis ended up??
Big plus...they have a cistern. The island lost water last year...toilets and showers were out of order...but not at 7 Seas!
They have a nice, but small pool, and the grounds were beautiful. Best of all, you'll be right next to Papi's Diner!

My wife and I just got back from spending a week at he seven seas, We loved the location of the place, easy access both north and south. Also the people there wre great! they went out of their way to be helpful. Yes the rooms are small but seriously how much time do you spend in your room? We would return there again without a problem.

We were there the same time Larry and Amy were there. I agree with him. The staff was very helpful and friendly; nice location and it met our (simple and basic) needs.

Thanks everyone. I think 7 seas will be just great. My friend & I will be going there to dive, dive, dive and just hang out.

I've been reading this board for less than a week and am finding a wealth of information about AC to include the diving. It's great. Seems like a lot of comraderie amongst those that have been there. Makes a person want to jump right on a plane in the morning.

This thread was my first attempt to participate and I asked a question about a resort I did not see any information on elsewhere in the thread. I also didn't specifically see anyone mention WHEN diving was best.

Don't worry I won't bore you with my questions on diving again. The search function is a no-brainer.
