The Belize weather, at least temperatures, have been very close to the typical temperatures, the dotted red and blue lines.

Slightly cooler daytime in February, largely due to more cool bubbles from the north. The night time temperatures were warmer than typical in much of the early year, probably due to more night time cloud around, acting as a blanket to reduce night time heat loss up into space.

The most of the year has been very typical, no extreme hot days or cold nights. . . Some years, the day temperatures have occasionally gone over 100°F and frequently in the high 90°F but not this year. The Green line actually means very little, it is just the halfway line between day max and night min, but it is a useful guide. . . It is not an Average 24h temperature, just a mid point, because averages will vary depending on how many hours are hot and how many hours are cold.

Both the daytime and nighttime temperatures have been un-typically high in October and November. In fact daytime maximums are still close to summer temperatures. But the Average temperatures are now much more comfortable, because the sun hours are now shorter, so the evening and Average temperatures will be cooler, not shown by the green line.

The Rain pattern this year, as many years, has not followed the long term averages. Less rain in Jan and Feb than typical, more rain in Mar, Apr, May than typical, much less rain in June and July, the normal main Rainy season. But the overall year total will be very close to the typical annual rainfall. Hurricane Lisa has boosted the rain figure, but only slightly changed the water in the ground, most ran off quickly. The light blue line is the water in the ground, that grass and bushes can access. . . The light green line is is deep water that trees and large bushes can access. . . The dotted black line is the typical, and the dashed black line is this years monthly totals.
