Burglar Bars (Security Bars or Window Bars) - San Pedro

Hi -
I am looking for an updated source for burglar bars in San Pedro.
Are there any businesses that sell "standard sized" burglar bars, ready for install? I've inquired at several hardware stores, a window store, etc., to no avail.
I also heard there is a man who makes them near Lino's Butcher Shop & the gas station, but am not sure what side street he resides on? Anyone know - or have a phone number for him?

I have 2 double standard window bars in my garage. 6290527 1 mile south of town.
