The cool air bubble did reach most or all Belize over night and clashing with the easterly Caribbean winds and resulting in a lot of rain around in many places.

Looks as if today will be mainly cloudy and with significant patches of rain.

Present Condition: Mostly cloudy on the mainland and in San Pedro as a cold front moves through.A cold front over the yucatan peninsula is influencing our weather. Operators of small crafts should exercise caution near heavy showers or rain.

24hr Forecast: Skies will be mostly cloudy this afternoon and tonight becoming cloudy at times by tomorrow. A few showers and periods of rain along with a chance for isolated thunderstorms will be scattered around the country this afternoon but especially over central and inland areas. Outlook: Cloudy at times with generally isolated showers developing and a few more over the south at night.
