Good morning all.
Looking for contractors to clear lot and build modest 2 bed house in Punta Azul North. We will be back mid October to explore our options. There is no real road the last 4 or so miles but there are houses and resorts up there so it is not impossible. We golf carted the island in March and preferred this location over the others we viewed. Thanks in advance for your thoughts. Looking forward to retiring on your beautiful island.

There are excellent builders here, but they are all quit busy. Armando Graniel, Daniel Camal, Mike Campbell, Javier Zaldivar, Victor Guttierez are all builders that I have had excellent services from that stayed within budget and time constraints. There are many other great builders on the island.
