I just read in the NY Times:
"Guatamala: Border pact after 143 years
Quatamala and Belize presented a plan to the Organization of American States that they hope can end a 143-year territorial dispute that has at times flared into violence."

Then later, "The proposal includes maritime concessions by Belize, which has said it will not cede any land."

Sounds like good news to me.
Any more details on this down your way?
