Congratulations to Elbert Greer at Ramon's Village Resort Dive Shop on achieving his PADI Master Instructor Rating! This is the highest instructor achievement obtainable in the PADI
program.

Elbert is now a member of the PADI Master Instructor Review Committee and will be eligible in six months to apply for the PADI Course Director Traning Course. Way to go Elbert and let's go diving!

Its a little embarassing, but thats modesty for you.
I want this rateing to certify locals as instructors. Its a vocational thing!
A Vocation is everything and all important if you are young and without direction, these young men and women will have new careers as Instructors and Instructors on ambergris make good livings.
I want to give back what was given to me.
