Thank you all so much for the info and advice! What a nice board this is. I read Katherine's trip report (thanks for the link Bobber!) and OMG, I desperately want to go there now. That report definitely was the deciding factor! AC sounds like exactly the type of place I want. When I figure out when and where, I'll post and see if anyone else will be around. Check out Barbs advice on hotels! Heck, I'd e-mail Barb if I were you and tell her your likes in a hotel/motel/condo and all your wants.

I'm so glad I found this chat! I'm going to be there in late March and I'm travelling solo. I really wasn't concerned since I've travelled solo often but it's great to read about other's solo adventures and experiences where I'm visiting for the first time! Thanks
