sorry to ask a question that's already been answered, but I did a search & couldn't find it (naturally) I think it was Hope that asked sometime last year about getting a passport in just a few days for her daughter, maybe? there was a whole thread about it & my brother needs one by Thursday this week...anyone know if that is possible? or how to find that thread? thanks for any help

Oh...duh, I got them upon return of that vaca in I believe in 3/4 days.
Went to the USPO, got a pix done, showed all kinds of ID, filled out the forms again, and asked for them to be expedited. $60 US each. I know you can get them faster then that though! BUT... IT was/is much more costly!

Way to go Hope, glad that it worked out for you. This could happen to anybody, so I am filing this info away - just in case.

still working on SP in July...I've spent my last 2 bdays there & this will be the big 4 0, so if I can spend it there, I think it'll take some of the sting out, wouldn't you agree? btw, will you be at the Texas party in June? HOpe, it's my first time & I'm more than excited...always wanted to go...staying on Oahu but would love to check out Maui & the big island, but only 1 week & two days of that are devoted pretty much to travel...whatever I get to do will be more than enough to make me happy, tho
