Seashell,
I am not sure, but will ask. Brreakfast ends up being under 9.00 per person (room rates are for dbl). Still don't think the rates are that bad given the location, atmosphere, and staff.
Chloe, thanks, I am in the process of revising it though as the focus of our company has changes somewhat.
Spooky, I have stayed at Sunbreeze many times (as I have at Banana Beach, but not at the Palms or Caribbean Villas, although I have seen them both).
Sunbreeze is directly across from the Airstrip and at the edge of town, so for convenience to town you can't beat it. They have a nice pool and a courtyard area, restaurant on site, gift shop, tour shop, TV, phones in room, etc. so most amenities are there. Their best rooms is the deluxe one on the second floor nearest the sea as it offers a great view. Their best asset is their manager Julia and second best asset is that it is next door to BC's.

I am pretty sure that it is a buffet style breakfast. That is also what the website reads, under the rates. Plus the food is excellent and no that is not a bad price, considering people like to pick and choose what they want, like myself.

Hmmm... I wonder if the free buffet breakfast applies to those of us who booked (and paid) under the old lower rates.

I wonder what it is if you are going single? Do you have to eat two breakfasts to get your money's worth?

Spooky... We have stayed at the Palms and found it great. We've been there with our famiily and they have great 2 bdrm units on the top floor with the second bdrm and bath upstairs in a loft allowing for fprivacy downstairs. A complete kitchen with eating area and bar and a lovely covered balcony. The lower units are 1 bdrm and equally as nice. All rooms have nice decor. It's a very short walk down the beach to town and we were never bothered by noise. It's next door to Ramones with their nice restaurant and pool area. Decent (as good as it gets, anyway) snorkeling around Ramones pier. They have a nice website with 360 views of all rooms. Nice, but small, pool area. We loved it there.

I would also like to reply to this as far as Banana Beach goes for the single travel. $6.25 is knocked off the room amount if you do not want the breakfast as well as $6.25 off the room. This is for the single travel. So 74.75 for one person and one person without breakfast would be 68.50, so I hope this answers your questions Seashell.
