Have you considered Gaz Copper's Place? He has a penthouse that sounds perfect for a group like yours.

I agree with Jackie...I've never stayed at Royal Palm but do know the manager there and a couple people who live in one of the "apartments" there and it is a nice place but Banana Beach ROCKS!!!!!!
I was there this last December over New years and Christmas and although there were more people than the other times of year that I have been there I still would not have called it crowded. Alot of people are out doing things like diving, sailing, snorkling, touring mayan ruins etc so the beach area was not that crowded during the day.
The place is great and you can't find a better staff or owner. Basically you can't go wrong with BB.

My group of 10 stayed at Banana Beach both this year and last year and loved it. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. The staff is great, rooms are real nice and spacious, there are two pool areas, an onsite restaurant, bar and gift / travel shop.

HEY THERE...

DO ANY OF THESE PLACES LEASE LONG TERM? ABOUT 3-6 MONTHS; OR EVEN MORE? I'LL BE GOING TO MA IN THE FALL AND NEED ACCOMIDATIONS FOR AT LEAST THIS LONG....MAYBE EVEN UP TO A YEAR. ANY SUGGESTIONS FROM "THE ONES IN THE KNOW?"

Email Banana Beach....he did have some apartments for lease....check the website. Royal Palm also does long term leasing, but MUA should be able to help you find something also....best of luck to you.
