Stopped in to see you on Tuesday but missed you ;(. Great shop!!!! You have a print that I must have! I don't remember the exact name, but I think it's calling "Hanging up your wings". Rubies, Conch Shell are beachfront (some Rubies rooms are not, though)...Tomas and San Pedrano are one row behind the beachfront hotels.

Solo is safe is you just use good sense. I have been 4 times as a single female traveler. Never any problems, but I don't look for any.

Isla Mujeres is a great place!

Welcome, IslaHolic! Glad you found this board. These people are a gold mine of info. AC is safe for the single traveler. Just apply the same common sense you use while on Isla. You'll love the island!

Wow! Great website!! I've added it to my "bookmarks" for the wedding to provide to the guests. Lots of great information on there! Are there any pictures of the actual bedrooms at Exotic Caye and the views from there?

And, sorry to hear about Brandy. There's a photo of her on the website. She was a beautiful dog.
