I am coming to Belize for my first visit, with my wife and 14 yr old daughter, where do you stay if you like to be close to the activities during the day, but like quiet at night? Coming in Feb. 13th.

We stayed at the Palms 4 years ago, it was an easy walk to town, but also very peaceful at night. Hey what part of Canada are you in? I"m a former frozen Canuck, transplanted to warm California.

We are from North of Calgary bout an hour.

I'm from Ontario, just 30 min west of Toronto, but I've been in the states 20 years. You'll love AC, we're returning this March with our kids, staying at Xanadu this time, little further from town, but has kayaks, canoes, bikes for the guests to use. enjoy1

Cold Canuck, We are from Saskatoon going in March, we are staying at The Palms, it seemed to be a perfect fit, and it was suggested by a local down there who we know.
Have a good trip

Spiker we are also going to be there in March, from the 19th to the 30th. We live in Yellowknife but are from Saskatchewan originally. My wife is also from Saskatoon.

Northern - lights, sorry, it took so long to respond as I seemed to have missed the reply. Are you staying at the Palms or somewhere else? We arrive March 11 14 nights. If you are not, pop by for a beverage, we just sit on the beach all day or Scuba, our last name is Bevis, yes like Beavis and Buthead. Hope you have a good trip, and if you are at the Palms we will certainly bump into each other I am sure, it is only 12 units. We have a school buddy and his wife comming with us from Victoria B.C.
Cheers
JB

Spiker nice to hear from you. We are staying at Coral Bay Villas, south of the Palms. My wife recognized your last name, her older brother has friends with the same last name. Her maiden name is Steckler. We will certianly look you up when we are there.

Make sure you stop by the Crazy Canucks beach bar at the Exotic Caye Beach resort. Don and Carol the owners of the bar and managers of the resort are originally from Canada. I don't recall which part. And then, there is Heather and Paul, owners of Caye Coffee, are from Canada as well. They can usually be found at Crazy Canucks between 4:00-6:00 p.m. Happy Hour!
If you go, tell everyone Shelly, aka Fluffy said hello!
Have fun!
