Was listening to Love FM news on web,they said customs workers were on strike,is this causing any trouble getting in or out of airport?The demonstrations they were talking about were all on mainland,can I assume no disruptions are going on, on AC.Concerned, but still can't wait to get there.First timer.

I was just there a week ago. The only interruption that I experienced that week on AC was the water. They would shut the water off for a while and then turn it back on. Not really too big of a deal but if it happens you'll want to make sure to take a shower during the times they turn it back on.

Ambergris Caye is in general open for business - come down and enjoy. If the customs guys are on strike in the airport that means you will get into the quicker.

I wish I could have another Belikin. But my supply has run out in only a weeks time. Bummer!
I'll have to wait till May now unless of course someone will volunteer as a Belikin runner for me ;o)
