It's been about a year since we made our trip to AC last winter...and celebrating Valentine's Day today made me think of our wonderful vacation there.

We went out for a seafood dinner...but I couldn't help comparing it to the last lobster & fish I ate ....compliments of Captain Bicho! Actually...I know that NO MEAL is EVER going to compare to that beach BBQ he cooked for us after our morning of fishing! It was simply the BEST meal I have ever eaten in my life!

I have been sitting here imagining that turquoise water, hot sunshine...swinging in the hammock while he & his son cooked our lunch...feeling like a queen in paradise!

I just wanted to send my love to all of you who are there...going there...or dreaming of going there!

It was a trip we will always remember...

Long time no hear - unless you've been posting and I've missed them - great to hear from you again!
You, Goody2Shuz and many others really made our holiday what it was - thanks!
- We will be back oneday - as I'm sure you will be too! - we really enjoyed Capt Bicho's BBQ and fishing too - would love to put some photos into a post - anybody out there willing to take me through it step by step? Patience would be a necessity though.

i haven't been posting to this board for awhile...but i do "drop in" from time to time just to read...sort of keeps the memories alive.

i gained so much from these posts too...as we planned our vacation...it made all the difference for us too.

it's really not that difficult to post a picture ...at least not once you've figured it out!

here's one of my favourites from our trip...i call it "pelican charter" !!!

if you have uploaded your photos to an online site...like shutterfly or webshots...it's very easy to put one of the images in a post by coping the URL into your post and adding the code tags before and after...i can explain that process if you have photos online already...let me know and i'll be your "guide"!

oh bill...you just made it so much tougher for me (like Island Mom says) to look out my window this morning and see the snow coming down again!!!

that fishing/snorkeling trip with capt. bicho we shared with you and frank was the highlight of our trip last year...lucky you to be doing it again next week!
