Makes a great "Bananas Foster" (dessert). I will post if you want it. Or should I say Banana's Foster', for all you apostrophe' folk's (teehee).

Try substituting the rum creme for sweetened condensed milk in a Tres Leche cake.

This is not a drinkin drink, this is a sippin drink. Originally we formulated this in Negril in '91, as a late night hot tub relaxing drink. Also, originally one part of each, helped us sleep soundly. Victims, chefs, who cares. They are on their own.

Hey girl!!!
Let us know how your "taste tests" of these recipes turn out!!! All I brought home was hot sauce and White Caribbean rum, plus a bottle of Absolut from the duty free shop in the airport. So are you missing San Pedro yet?? J Dog says how the heck are you??

When you greet the sunrise with your second pot of coffee, on the go all day, eat as much lobster, conch and fish you can hold after the sun goes down, sleep is important. Ya have to do the whole thing over again the next day.
