I've seen people that have encountered pica pica and while some looked like skeeter bites, pimples or a bit of a rash, I've seen some that looked like they had psoriasis.

In September (yes September!), at the recomendation of the hotel, a man put vinegar on his pica pica bites, they were almost gone the next day and he said it took the itch right away.

I've never been stung by jellyfish in the Caribbean but, growing up on the Chesapeake Bay, where they are plentiful, the answer is yes. Here the life gaurds use "Accent" meat tenderizier to take out the sting. Of couse I haven't tried it in 30 years. Try it next time.
