My husband & I are coming in September for our 1st visit and our 2nd anniversary. HE wants a swim up bar and I want a little less of a party atmosphere so we can have a bit-o-romance. Is there a place where you can suggest that has both, or close to. Thank for any suggestions! Theresa

I stayed at The Belizean Shores, and from my research, it has the best pool on the island....and, I do believe, the only swim up bar too. But then again, I may be a tad biased!

Capt Morgans has a swim up bar, it's at the vacation club owners pool. Real quiet and laid back and the view is awsome.BS has a cool pool and bar but sits way to back on the property not as good of a view, just my opinion..
